Event Details Result on 2011/12/20 Gopal, Hong, Cho, Pertti, Seiji, and Akiyama discussed this solar source. There is no need for concern about #54.2. We selected that #54.1 CME was most possibility. But eruptive filament of #54.3 was also interest information. Therefore #54.3 event remained at memo as a reference database. ******Previous Memo********************************* #54.1 CME is a faint halo. #54.2 flare may be merges or follows with #54.1 CME in IP medium. Akiyama carefully checked other source candidates, because Marubashi and Cho pointed out the possibility of mistake. She added #54.3 up again. #54.3 was rejected previously due to too west location (N13W29). But she found that #54.3 also has a eruptive filament (N17W11). This is enough information as a MC candidate. **************************************************** From Marubashi's E-mail (2011/10/04 AM3:30) I just found two events for which the source identifications should be changed I believe. Because the number of events is small, I decided to circulate the information with in the text of this e-mail. (My selections are mainly based on the geometrical relationships between MC axis and the magnetic neutral line in the solar source region: parallelism between the two and the magnetic chirality agreement.)
