Subject: Partial halo CME on 2000/02/11
Status: O
LASCO and EIT observed a partial halo CME today, 2000/02/11. The event was
first detected in C2 at 13:31 UT as a faint front extending from about PA
60 (E limb) over the S pole to PA 330 (NW limb).
EIT observed a dimming and coronal wave from the vicinity of AR 8856 (S13
W19) beginning at about 12:24 UT. An X-ray event of magnitude C2.3 was
noted around the same time.
